Wayne is someone I rely on to get me ready for the grind of the WNBA season, especially as I get older.  He has helped me with my strength and quickness, and I have never felt better then I do right now.  In the last 2 years, I have put up the best numbers of my career, and the program Wayne has put together for me has a lot to do with my success on the court.  Any athlete would benefit from working with him.
